( I wanna say Tony. Then can we have a thing were Walker is mentioned again? seems to me a mutant as powerful as him with his fire controlling that is against the act would be problematic)

Iron man: he doesn't like the regerstation act, refuses to sign up and his leading others too. Now we have quite a few mutants as powerful as he is refusing to sign up . THAT'S the problem. Even those weaker can find protection with his outlaws
