(Well, it's an idea both me and my sister came up with. A Dalek born with all emotions, not just hate, anger and fear. I explained it like this: "It's just... not possible. A whole race that's evil. You and I both know that." That Dalek I created is named Delta. Dalek Delta. I had a similar idea for many of the "evil" races in Doctor Who.)

(Well sense Daleks are AI so to speak, Tali would be the one to bring up a issue her people told her about "strange geth" Sheperd and the crew, Either Tali or Legion with Garrus go to investate and find not Geth but Daleks)

(The other Doctor Who villains may be awesome in their own ways, but all Doctor Who fans have a special place in their hearts for the Daleks.)
