*it says "Sabastion , 19 months old born on January 17th left at Children's home willingly by anonymous mother at one year due to biological father's death. Told that Sabastion's mother just needed a safe place to keep the child while she tried to find legal work in order to support him.Came back 4 months later saying she was unable to and did not want him growing up in poverty. He was formally put up for adoption at this point. He is in good condition no known genetic diseases , and a romani. No court citizenship." The rest of the file talks about allergies and mile stones. he can kind of walk but still falls over *
